As President and Managing Partner of KBRS, Kevin draws on extensive senior experience to support the leadership needs of both KBRS and our clients.

Over the past 25 years with the firm, Kevin has led hundreds of executive search assignments across various sectors. His deep knowledge and experience enable him to help clients evaluate talent needs and identify hard-to-find candidates for challenging roles, establishing him as a trusted executive search practitioner and talent advisor.

In his role as President and Managing Partner, Kevin contributes to firm-wide leadership, including the growth of Meridia, the firm’s contingency recruitment company which has grown to a team of more than 25 professionals. Meridia focuses on quickly connecting organizations throughout Canada and the United States with top talent in professional, leadership and technical roles.

Kevin is an active community leader, having served with many impactful not-for-profit organizations.
