As the Data Manager and Research Strategist at KBRS, Christina plays a central role in shaping the firm’s research, data, and systems strategy.

She partners closely with search teams to support candidate and market research, helping shape consistent research practices that enhance outcomes for clients and candidates alike. Christina also supports the firm’s use of data and systems by guiding improvements, developing resources, and promoting shared standards across the organization.

With a strong background in research operations and analytics, Christina connects strategy with execution, enabling teams with reliable information, streamlined processes, and meaningful insights that support successful searches and long-term client relationships.
