KBRS is pleased to have assisted Bragg Group of Companies with the appointment of Mr. Mike McAloon as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. McAloon has a proven track record of successful financial leadership established over his 30 year career. He has extensive experience in business strategy, operations, manufacturing, human resources, as well as finance, taxation, acquisitions and business integration. Mr. McAloon has held numerous senior financial roles, most recently Vice President of Finance with Irving Shipbuilding Inc, where he led the Shipyard’s Finance function as a member of the strategic leadership team at Irving Shipbuilding.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Mr. McAloon will play an instrumental role in leading the overall business for Bragg Group of Companies and in ensuring continued growth.

Mr. McAloon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, an Executive Master of Business Administration with distinction from Richard Ivey School of Business University of Western Ontario, as well as the CPA, CA designation.
