Our journey began as an executive search and HR consulting firm. Over the decades we have evolved into an integrated talent advisory firm, offering a comprehensive suite of services including contingency recruitment, HR advisory, coaching and talent development, DEI consulting, assessment, board advisory, strategic planning, career transition and more.
Our team has grown with over 70 professionals across Canada and offices in Halifax, Toronto, Moncton, and St. John’s.
While we have had the privilege of partnering with thousands of leaders and hundreds of organizations from coast to coast to coast, always striving to make a positive impact, one relationship at a time.
