If you are passionate about advancing health, safety, and industry excellence, this is a unique opportunity that will have a broad, lasting impact for New Brunswickers.

You will be responsible for:

Ideal Candidate Profile

As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in complex, multi-partner environments. Financially and operationally savvy, you excel in budgeting, planning, and HR oversight. As a skilled collaborator, you build trust, navigate political landscapes, and advocate effectively. Your confident communication skills enable you to represent the organization and its priorities at regional, provincial, and national levels. You naturally foster innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to enhance operations and service delivery. A champion for change, you identify trends and push for transformative shifts that elevate industry standards.

The organization is based in Miramichi; therefore, it is ideal that you live within reasonable proximity to be in the office several days a week.
