With her wide range of experience, Kristin is an evolved versatile professional with experience in counselling, project management, vocational rehabilitation consulting, career development, recruiting, and public speaking.
Kristin has a variety of experience that spans from vocational rehabilitation consulting, to project management, to her most recent role as Consultant and Executive Search Team Lead with KBRS, where she was responsible for overseeing the execution of successful executive searches while ensuring exceptional candidate and client care.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick, and a Master of Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where she received a Graduate School Fellowship Award.
Kristin enjoys living in Halifax with her husband and their daughter, Sydney but is a true Newfoundlander at heart. She attributes her east coast roots to her love of live music and explains her passion toward the economic success and growth of Atlantic Canada. Kristin enjoys spending time outside, where she pursues an active lifestyle.
