The Institute of Corporate Directors, Maritime Chapter will host a breakfast session in Halifax on February 25th.

The session will provide insight into what organizations seek in Directors, how the process typically unfolds, what criteria is typically used and how potential Directors can best position themselves to be considered when opportunities arise. Mark will showcase how Board recruitment really happens and then engage in a robust dialogue with the audience.

He has provided counsel to clients across a broad spectrum of industries on successfully attracting and onboarding executive talent, strategic HR issues and Board governance. Mark has played a pivotal role in strengthening the region’s economy, businesses and communities in creating and leading one of Atlantic Canada’s teams of talent attraction, career transition and HR consultants. He served as President of KBRS from 1985 to 2014 when he moved to Chair, allowing the next generation of leaders to take their roles.
