St.John’s, NL – Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette (KBRS) names Natalie Hand, Regional Manager, Contingency Search Division and Director, Business Development for Newfoundland and Labrador. The Firm is Atlantic Canada’s largest human capital consulting firm, employs over 40 professionals, with offices in St. John’s, NL; Halifax, NS; and Moncton, NB.

The Firm's St. John’s office first opened in 2001. Natalie will manage the contingency search practice while taking on a lead role for client relationship development for the firm in the province. She will continue to connect client needs to KBRS solutions in recruitment as well as organizational and leadership development, career management and transition, assessment and coaching.

Natalie Hand has been with KBRS for over 9 years, in increasingly responsible roles. She has extensive experience in supporting the HR needs of organizations in a wide array of industries, including financial services, technology, oil and gas and mining. Born and raised in St. John’s, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Acadia University and a Certificate of Business and Marketing from Mount Saint Vincent University.
