Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, competency identification and development planning to meet the current and future talent needs of Cahill. The Manager assumes overall responsibility and leads the organization’s talent and performance management including efforts to improve employee engagement and retention and to build a strong talent pipeline to serve current and future needs. As a senior HR employee in the organization, you will provide overall advice and guidance to the HR team and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure that all talent strategies and initiatives advance Cahill’s strategic business objectives.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a significant track record of leading organizational effectiveness, learning and development and talent management portfolios in a large, matrix organization. Your significant experience forging a link between development and performance, and driving a performance culture, is paired with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills and an ability to lead and drive change initiatives. A resilient, entrepreneurial and driven HR leader, you will leverage your effective verbal and written communication skills to further enhance Cahill’s organizational performance and build on the organization’s momentum into the future. A CPHR or equivalent designation would be considered an asset.
