St.John’s, NL – Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette (KBRS), Atlantic Canada’s largest human resources consulting firm, welcomes Heather Peters as Senior Consultant. She will be based in the organization’s St.John’s office, located in the Baine Johnston Centre. KBRS is comprised of over 50 professional, with offices in St.John’s, NL; Halifax, NS; and Moncton, NB. Heather joins the Firm’s rapidly expanding leadership and career solutions team, dedicated to addressing leadership and organizational development, career transition as well as talent planning.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within human resources, including positions with Aon Canada, Anthony & Associates, and Eastern Health. An entrepreneur at heart, she owned and operated her own consulting business for over 3 years and co-owned a local wholesale business, Peters & Sons, for 7 years. Her most recent focus has been on employee and leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, cultural analysis, program development and delivery, as well as organizational development and design.
“Heather’s hands-on business experience helps her connect with her clients and create long standing relationships based on trust,” added Anna.
Heather earned her Master of Employment Relations from Memorial University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and is an International Personnel Management Association Certified Professional (IPMA-CP). Having completed her training through Adler International Learning, she is a candidate to become a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
