Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette is proud to be a supporting partner of the 21inc. Emerging Leaders Summit. The Emerging Leaders Summit is a pilot project for promising young leaders and entrepreneurs, age 20 to 35, which supports and develops Atlantic Canada’s most promising new and emerging leaders.

The 21inc. Emerging Leaders Summit identifies and engages young entrepreneurial leaders in companies and organizations across Atlantic Canada. From a pool of nominations, 50 young people from across the region will be selected to join some of Atlantic Canada’s most respected leaders acting as faculty and mentors at the Emerging Leaders Summit in St. Andrews, NB, this November 22-24. This experience focuses on skill development to facilitate the movement from “leading –self” to “leading others.”

Candidates are selected, in part, on how they will apply the experience to an actual leadership challenge. Programming is designed around enhancing abilities to motivate self and others, build teams, strategize, design structures (that support the strategy), and measure success. Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette is proud to assist with the candidate selection process.

The Summit is supported by various companies from across Atlantic Canada. The private sector partners include Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette, Emera, Evolving Solutions and Couleur. The public sector partners include the Governments of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Nova Scotia Business Inc.
