Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette is pleased to have assisted in the appointment of Andrew Snelgrove as Halterm Ltd.’s, Chief Financial Officer.
A highly-capable financial executive, Andrew brings with him a proven senior leadership ability and extensive knowledge of international financial reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and capital investments.
Recognized for his ability to deliver results and drive complex financial strategies, Andrew has worked with both private and publically traded companies, and most recently enjoyed a progressive 10 year career with Clarke Inc. as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Clarke Inc., Andrew led the strategic direction of the finance function and held the position of President and General Manager for two of Clarke Inc.’s subsidiaries.
In his new role as Chief Financial Officer for Halterm Ltd, Andrew will be a crucial member of the executive team, and will play an important role in the leadership of the overall business and the execution of its growth strategy and capital projects plan. In this capacity he will oversee financial and operational accounting, treasury and cash management, internal controls and processes, information technology, as well as environment, social and governance practices and policies. His experience providing similar senior financial and operational leadership makes him an invaluable addition to the team.
Andrew graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Dalhousie University, with a major in Accounting in 2004 and has held the Chartered Accountant designation since 2006.
