Manager, Enterprise Partnerships and Operations

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications, as the Manager, Enterprise Partnerships and Operations you will provide comprehensive day-to-day management support to the Enterprise Applications department which serves all three campuses of Humber College.  In this inaugural and transformative role, you will provide business analysis services to enable ongoing growth, change management and continuous improvement of the enterprise systems planning functions. As the leader who plans and manages annual enterprise system projects, you will have oversight of multiple institutional high priority projects of varying size, financial management, enterprise project reporting, and will provide oversight of assigned matrixed project management resources. You will be the force behind the further development and maturity of an enterprise level Business Analysis methodology by being persistent in meeting client needs, developing a common methodology and toolset. With your strategic mindset and collaborative nature, you will operationalize and lead the departmental strategic plan and five priorities in alignment with Humber’s overall mission, vision, and strategy.


As the ideal candidate, you have a degree from a recognized educational institution in a related discipline or equivalent training and experience in large-scale IT project management, business analysis, change management, and transition planning and implementation within areas such as enterprise applications and/or enterprise business operations or partnerships. You bring a demonstrated track record of success in a management role within a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment and have proven your ability to effectively inspire, engage and build loyalty and confidence within your team. Your energy and exceptional communication skills position you for success as you build relationships with senior leadership, staff, clients, and all of Humber’s internal and external partners. Results oriented, you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment where new, innovative initiatives are introduced on a regular basis, where you must keep on track with strategic plan deliverables while continually looking for metrics and opportunities for improvement. Your excellent understanding of general business, financial, and budget management concepts provide you with the necessary foundation for success as the inaugural Manager, Enterprise Partnerships and Operations.
