Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will have full accountability, leadership and hands on management of iWave’s financial functions, including all accounting practises and policies, financial and management reporting, capital planning and budgeting, internal controls, credit, treasury and finance activities, tax planning and compliance, payroll, client billing and collections, and overall financial strategy. The CFO will be a member of the senior leadership team and contribute to the overall, business planning, strategy and execution of the organization.

As the ideal candidate, you have a Business degree, along with an MBA or CPA, CA combined with 5 years of experience in a senior management role. With a well-developed understanding of what it takes to make an organization successful, you have an eye for developing a thorough professional  business plan along with the ability to analyze data and prepare projections. In addition, experience in a rapidly growing company, particularly in the software and or data analytics industry would be an asset.
