Director of Operations, Atlantic

Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience, the Director of Operations, Atlantic has full profit and loss accountability for the region’s business and is responsible for optimizing the performance of the company’s 28 retail corporate service centres under Speedy Auto Glass and Apple Auto Glass banners, as well as wholesale warehouses under the Vanfax banner. As the Director of Operations, you will embody and champion Belron’s core values of integrity, respect, and trust in an effort to continually drive, support, and enhance the performance of the organization’s people, while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and a first-in-class experience for Belron’s customers. An integral part of the leadership team, you will establish meaningful and authentic partnerships with your team, peers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced senior leader and an operations expert. You are mature in your approach and are known as a collaborative leader with superior communication and relationship building skills. You have the proven ability to successfully implement a business strategy and your sound judgement and decision-making skills are second-to-none. Your experience in a corporate retail environment has led to you easily conceptualize the big picture and constantly maintain a ‘customer first’ mentality. You lead by example and have a successful track record of trusting and constructive relationships with employees you have managed.
